WASHINGTON (June 1)—Just three months after opening for business, North Bridge Communications today added a new team member to help handle a growing portfolio of clients.
Meredith Heard joins the firm as an assistant account executive. She is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina's business school, where she concentrated in marketing.
"We were immediately impressed by Meredith's energy and tenacity," said Paul Cummins, a partner with North Bridge Communications. "She is a great addition to our team who will contribute immediately and add value for our clients."
Among the clients that Heard will assist are WashingtonWatch.com, the American Sugar Alliance, and Farm Policy Facts, a coalition of numerous agricultural groups.
"I'm excited and ready to hit the ground running," she explained. "I'm also glad to find a place where I can learn and grow with experienced professionals."
Prior to joining North Bridge Communications, Heard worked for multiple non-profit organizations, including the Washington, DC Economic Partnership, the Phoenix Family Institute, and the BRIDGE Jobs Program.
